Free Paper Shredding Event For Residents

A free paper shredding event will be held Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Holmdel Township Department of Public Works yard located at 14 Crawfords Corner Road.

The event is open to Holmdel Township residents only. Proof of residency is required. Residents are welcome to bring private, sensitive, and confidential files, and watch as they are disposed of safely and securely. All papers will be shredded on location in a mobile truck.

Participants are asked not to bring more than 100lbs of paper per person. Due to heavy demand this weight limit will be strictly enforced. Service will be stopped once the truck is completely filled.

Residents are expected to remove large binder clips from their documents. Staples and paper clips are permitted. If you have any questions please contact the Holmdel Township Recycling Department at 732-946-2820, ext. 1956.
