Over fifty years ago, Bell Labs opened a cutting edge research and development facility in suburban Holmdel, New Jersey. The building – spanning a length of three football fields with vast open spaces – spurred a culture of collaboration and imagination rarely seen in today's business world. In 2013, Somerset Development purchased this historic building to reanimate the once booming research facility.
