COMMUNITY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM (C.D.R.)

Holmdel Municipal Court has provided access to a mediation program for the resolution of community disputes since January 1994.

The mediation process offers litigants a chance to settle their disputes and complaints out of court.  The committee acts as a neutral party that encourages and facilitates resolution by the parties of their dispute while protecting the legal rights of all.

The mediation committee provides a fair and competent mechanism for resolving disputes and encourages the confidence and respect of disputants in the fairness, integrity, and justness of the methods by which disputes are resolved.
