HOLMDEL TOWNSHIP road PROGRAM

Each year the Holmdel Department of Public Works examines municipal roadways and rates them based on several factors including pot holes, crocodile and structural cracking, and surface structure. Based on this analysis a priority paving list is developed. The priority list is further reviewed to identify roads that require underground utility improvements. Final selection for repaving is dependent on funding availability and costs which vary each year.

If you would like to suggest a road for future consideration, please send an email to roads@holmdeltownship.com and we will note the request during the inspection process. Feel free to attach photographs to the email.

The following roads have been proposed to be paved as part of the 2023 Road Improvement Program.  PLEASE NOTE this list may change depending on conditions after the initial evaluation, including timing, weather, scheduling and costs. Some listed roads may not be completed this year.
